As wealth and income inequality deepens and the U.S. attacks and threatens lands from Venezuela to Iran to Greenland to Palestine to Minnesota and beyond, and the contradictions of capitalism intensify, the Left Coast Forum team and LA Progressive decided to convene an educational public event to simply ask and discuss: “What is Socialism?” Join us for this free event -- donations are welcomed. KBLA Talk 1580 and the LA Progressive joined forces to present the Left Coast Forum 2025, an educational experience that was unapologetically progressive. Left Coast Forum 2025 was hosted at LA Trade Tech on Oct 25, 2025. This first-rate educational experience was an invigorating convening of activists, academics, and the socially conscious who came together to discuss the pressing issues of our time.
